Each compute devices has its own set of guidelines and restrictions for supported operations. These restrictions apply to:

• OP Type

• OP parameters (e.g. kernel dimensions and modifiers, such as stride)

• Tensor dimensions (both input and output)

• Android or OS version

• Numeric format, both data type and quantization method
