MT8395 (Genio 1200)

The MT8395 SoC is targeted towards IoT applications. Not all the hardware functions and features are supported by IoT Yocto. Please refer to the functional block diagram below for the hardware features that IoT Yocto enables.

Note

In the current release, MIPI C-PHY and dual sensors are not supported by the ISP driver and middleware.

At current release, IoT Yocto supports the following MT8395 highlighted features:

• LPDDR4X DRAM

• eMMC boot and storage

• UFS boot and storage

• DisplayPort, HDMI, and embedded DisplayPort

• OpenGL ES 3.2 3D graphic accelerator

• AI Processor Unit

• Hardware JPEG image decoder and encoder

• Hardware video decoder and encoder

• ISP

• HDMI-RX
