The block diagram provides a comprehensive overview of the functional blocks and interfaces of Genio 420, as well as the companion chipset that complements this SoC.

- OpenGL ES 3.2, Vulkan 1.1 ,OpenCL 2.2
- MediaTek 8th Gen NPU 6.2 TOPS
- x32 LP4X-4266 (up to 8GB) , x32 LP5(X)-6400 (up to 16GB)
- Dual Display, Max. 2.5K60+2.5K60 ,Single Display, Max. UW5K60 or 4K60
- ISP supports up to a single camera at 16MP (30fps)
- Video encoding: H.264/H.265 (4K30)
- Video decoding: H.264/H.265/VP9 (4K60) ,MPEG4/VP8 (FHD60)
