This evaluation kit is suitable for our technology partners to evaluate the :doc:`MT8395 </hw/mt8395-soc>` processor for solution design and development.
This section describes board features that are relevant to |IOT-YOCTO|.

.. important::

    The production version of |G1200-EVK| is **P1V2**.

    * IoT Yocto v23.1 and later supports Genio 1200-EVK P1V2 (production version).
    * The deprecated Genio 1200-EVK P1V1 (engineering version) has been moved to another device tree ``genio-1200-evk-p1v1``.

D6 Camera Board
---------------

The D6 camera Board uses the ON Semiconductor AR0830 sensor. The board has two MIPI CSI paths, one connecting directly with the processor (MT8390) on the main motherboard, and another connecting with the main motherboard through an ISP (On-Semiconductor AP1302CSSL00SMGA0-DR). These two MIPI paths are switched by a MIPI multiplexer (TI TS3DV642RUARQ1).

FTDI board control - not supported
==================================

The |G1200-EVK-REF-BOARD| does not have its FTDI FT232R chip CBUS pins 
connected to the power (PWRKEY), reset (SYSRST), and download (KPCOL0) lines.

Therefore it is not possible to control the PWRKEY and KPCOL0 lines through the FT232R chip.
